Transformation strategist | Thought leader | Speaker

Change is inevitable. Moving forward is a strategy.

I lead the people side of big, expensive, hard transformations. Fifteen years inside Fortune 500 programs taught me where change stalls and what gets it moving again. Now I bring that to the stage, the page, and the podcast mic.

A little about me

An engineer who found the people side of transformation.

I studied Industrial and Systems Engineering, trained at Accenture and Deloitte, and started Precise Process Consulting in Houston in 2017. I still lead engagements myself, which means I bring an engineer's rigor to the part of every program that technology cannot fix: the people.

Away from client work I host Selling Air, write The Business Catalyst, and talk with anyone who wants to get better at running change and running a business.

In their words

What clients say about the work.

Valerie and her team led an extensive Change Management effort for us on a Workday Payroll and Time Tracking implementation. The level of detail, processes and care that they provided was unmatched. Our deployment was a success from a technical perspective but much more so from a people component. Employees loved the training and were prepared Day 1 to work in the new system.

PPC was able to come in and quickly ramp up and build trust in a difficult environment. We were beyond impressed by the value, structure and ease they provided to our engagement and have used them ever since.
